补肾强督汤合火龙灸治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Bushen Qiangdu Combined with Huolong Moxibustion in Treating Shenxu Duhan type Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:观察补肾强督汤合火龙灸技术对肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,对照组予口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,治疗组予中医补肾强督汤联合火龙灸治疗,2组疗程均为疗程2周,观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、证候疗效及后晨僵、疼痛时间、ESR、CRP、а-AGP指标及SF-36、SAS、SDS。结果:治疗组临床有效率优于对照组,2组临床疗效、证候疗效及2组实验室指标ESR、CRP、а-AGP较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05、P<0.01);2组治疗前后生活质量总积分及SF-36各项均明显升高,而SAS、SDS积分明显降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:补肾强督汤合火龙灸治疗肾虚督寒型AS可显著改善临床症状,适合在临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine Bushen Qiangdu decoction com- bined with Huolong moxibustion on ankylosing spondylitis（AS） of Kidney Deficiency. Methods： 80patients with AS of Kidney Deficiency were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine BSQDT combined with fire moxibustion therapy, The scores of ASAS20, SF-36, the scores of anxiety and depression and the quantitative change of TCM syndromes and the evaluation of safety were analyzed before and after treatment in both groups. Results： The remission rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The ASAS20, quality of life, anxiety, depression and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were better than those of the con- trol group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. In the safety evaluation, the observation group had no side effect, which was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine BSQDT combined with fire moxibustion therapy can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, and safety without side effects.
