摘要 目的:评价以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-basedLearning,PBL)在临床检验医学不同课程教学中的应用效果以及对学生掌握知识分析问题能力的影响。方法:对2013-2016年间在我院检验中心实习的112名学生的PBL教学前和PBL教学后成绩作比较分析。结果:PBL教学后总体成绩均高于实验前组,PBL教学组的总成绩(76.89±0.59)显著高于PBL教学前组(67.05±0.48)(P<0.05)。PBL教学对于学科综合知识的掌握显著优于基础知识。结论:PBL教学法能够显著提高临床检验医学专业学生的部分课程的成绩,有利于提高学生分析问题的能力。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of problem-based teaching (PBL) on the teaching of different courses in clinical laboratory medicine and the impact on students' ability to master knowledge analysis. Methods: A comparative analysis was made between 112 PBL pre-teaching and PBL teaching results of 112 students who were practicing in our hospital during 2013-2016. Results: The overall score of PBL teaching group was significantly higher than that of PBL group (76.89 ± 0.59) (P〈0.05). PBL teaching for the comprehensive knowledge of the discipline is significantly better than the basic knowledge. Conclusion: PBL teaching method can significantly improve the performance of some courses of clinical laboratory medicine students, which is helpful to improve students' ability to analyze problems.
