摘要
远程教育对师资队伍的素质提出了更高的要求。教师不仅要成为本学科具有扎实专业知识的行家 ,又要是教学过程的组织专家、教学资源的传输专家、多媒体技术的导学专家、远程教育理论的研究专家。
Distance education has higher requirements to teachers' quality. The teachers who involved in distance education should be not only experts with solid specialized knowledge in the discipline that they are teaching, but also experts in organizing class in the teaching course, in conveying teaching sources, in guiding the use of multimedia technology in teaching, in researching on theory of distance education and in designing teaching courseware. In order to construct faculty teems with high-quality suitable for distance education, this thesis puts forward with six strategies and measures to strengthen faculty developing in distance education institutes.
