The Vitality of Chinese Legal System in the Structural Reform of Justice

评价一个国家的司法制度,关键看这种司法制度是否符合国情、能否解决本国实际问题,我国司法制度总体上是适应我国国情和发展要求的。近五年的司法改革体现出以下显著特点:坚持以习近平同志为核心的党中央对司法体制改革的坚强领导;坚持中国特色社会主义司法改革理论的正确指引;坚持在全面依法治国战略设计中深化司法体制改革;坚持司法体制改革的问题导向、路径依赖与目标指引相统一;坚持司法体制改革、司法队伍建设与司法环境改善统筹推进。我们必须增强对中国特色社会主义司法制度的自信,我们有理由相信,到2020年,新一轮司法体制改革的主要任务将圆满完成,司法改革的各项目标将基本实现,中国特色社会主义司法制度将焕发出更多活力。

The crux of the judicial system of a country lies in the fact that whether it conforms to the reality of the country or whether it solves its national problems. The judicial system of China generally meets the demands of the actual conditions and development of our country. The structural reform of justice in the past five years in China shows the following characteristics： holding firmly to the strong leadership of the structural reform of justice under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with President Xi Jinping as its core leader; adhering to the corrent direction of theoretical reform of justice with the characteristics of Chinese socialism; insisting on furthering the structural reform of justice in the strategy of administering the state according to the law; abiding by the principle of unity in problem guidance,method reliance and object direction in the structural reform of justice;sticking to a conprehensive pushing forward of the structural reform,the building of judicial contigent,and the improvement of judicial environment. We must strenthen our self confidence in the judicial system with the characteristics of Chiese socialism. With this confidence,new accomplishiments will surely be made in our structural reform of justice and new vitality of the judicial system with the characteristics of Chinese socialism will be exhibited by the year 2020.
