摘要 以标准球作为测量基准,以线扫描激光传感器作为测量手段获取透平叶片的全数据测量点云.测量设备采用四坐标测量机搭载激光线扫描传感器的方式,以保证叶片的测量效率,并兼顾测量机的控制准确度.通过测量机获得透平叶片的点云数据,并对获得的截面点云数据进行误差补偿、去噪、简化等预处理操作,利用非均匀有理B样条曲线拟合算法得到叶片特征曲线.实验结果证明该方法可以有效地提高叶片前后缘的重构准确度,并为叶片的三维建模提供更为准确的原始数据. A novel method was proposed based on laser line-scanning sensor to obtain point clouds of turbine blade. Due to the geometrical invariability, the standard sphere was used as measuring basis. The surface data of blades were measured by four-coordinate measuring machine with line-scanning laser sensor, which can ensure the measuring efficiency of blades and take the control accuracy of the measuring machine into account. Firstly, the point cloud data of the turbine blade were obtained. Then some pre-processing operations, such as error compensation, de-noising and data reduction, were performed before the matching operations. Finally, the Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines curve fitting algorithm was utilized to get the characteristic curve of blade surface. The experimental results indicated that the method can effectively improve the reconstruction accuracy of the blade leading and trailing edge and provide more accurate raw data for the 3D modeling of the blade.
