遗传易感位点在肿瘤发病风险预测中的应用

摘要 恶性肿瘤的发生受到环境因素和遗传因素的共同影响,相同环境暴露下,个体对肿瘤易感程度的差异称为肿瘤遗传易感性。全基因组关联研究(GWAS)是探讨肿瘤等复杂疾病遗传易感机制强有力的工具,所发现的肿瘤遗传易感位点有望成为遗传标志物用于肿瘤风险预测,筛查肿瘤高危人群,从而为更好地实施肿瘤的前期预防和早诊早治提供理论基础和技术支持。本文对肿瘤遗传易感性研究、遗传风险评分、肿瘤发病风险预测、以及肿瘤风险预测模型研究展望进行了简要介绍。
