Annexin-A1和Annexin-A2在外阴硬化性苔藓及外阴鳞癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of Annexin-A1 and Annexin-A2 in vulva lichen sclerosis and vulva squamous cell carcinoma

目的:探讨Annexin-A1及Annexin-A2在外阴硬化性苔藓和外阴鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化检测25例外阴鳞癌、20例外阴硬化性苔藓、15例正常外阴皮肤组织中Annexin-A1及Annexin-A2的表达,并收集外阴鳞癌患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果:Annexin-A1及Annexin-A2在外阴鳞癌中表达明显低于外阴正常皮肤(P<0.05)。Annexin-A1在外阴鳞癌Ⅰ期中平均光密度值为(26.52±2.98),Ⅱ+Ⅲ期的平均光密度值为(18.55±1.94),两者相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),在年龄及分化程度上Annexin-A1表达无差异(P>0.05)。Annexin-A2在外阴鳞癌组织中年龄、临床分期及分化程度上的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在外阴硬化性苔藓中Annexin-A1表达与正常皮肤相比无统计学上的差异;Annexin-A2表达下降,与正常皮肤相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但Annexin-A2从正常皮肤到硬化性苔藓细胞浆内蛋白减少或消失,只表现为膜阳性。结论:Annexin-A2表达下调与外阴硬化性苔藓发生有关。Annexin-A1及Annexin-A2低表达与外阴鳞癌的发生、进展有关。

Objective：To explore the expression and clinical significance of Annexin - A1 and Annexin - A2 in vulva lichen sclerosis （VLS） and vulva squamous cell carcinoma （ VSCC ）. Methods ： Immunohistochemical staining was conducted to detect expression of Annexin - A1 and Annexin - A2 in 25 cases of VSCC ,20 eases of vulva lichen sclerosis and 15 cases of normal genital skin tissue, the clinical and pathological data of patients with VSCC were col- lected for analysis. Results：The expression of Annexin - A 1 and Annexin - A2 in VSCC were significantly lower than that in normal vulva skin tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Then mean optical density of Annexin - A1 in VSCC of I stage was （26.52±2.98） ,while in VSCC of II and III stage was （ 18.55 ± 1.94） ,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. The differentiation and age of Annexin- A1 were not obvious difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences of Annexin -A2 expression in age ,clinical stage and tissue differentiation degree（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Annexin -A1 expression in VLS has no statistical difference compared with normal vulva skin tissue. Annexin -A2 expression was significantly lower in VLS than in normal vulva skin tissue （P 〈 0.05 ）, Annexin -A2 reduced or dis- appeared in the cytoplasm from lichen sclerosis to normal genital skin tissue, only cytomembrane showed positive. Conclusion ： The reduction of Annexin - A2 is associated with occurrence of VLS. Both the low expression of Annexin - A1 and Annexin - A2 were associated with occurrence and development of the VSCC.
