地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于胃癌术后镇痛的研究进展

Research progress of dezocine combined with sufentanil in postoperative analgesia of gastric cancer

舒芬太尼是强效的中枢性镇痛药,用于术后疼痛的治疗效果确切,可降低因镇痛不足而引起的免疫抑制,已成为肿瘤外科麻醉术后镇痛的主要用药。与地佐辛联合应用时,镇痛效果增强,对免疫功能也有一定的保护作用,较适用于胃癌术后患者,值得进一步广泛应用。本文对地佐辛与舒芬太尼复合应用于胃癌患者的术后镇痛及对其免疫功能影响的最新进展予以综述。

Sufentanil is a potent central analgesic and has definite effect on the treatment of postoperative pain. It can reduce the immune suppression caused by inadequate analgesia, which has become the main postoperative analgesics of tumor surgical anaesthesia. When combined with dezocine, they not only enhance the analgesic effect,but have protective effect on immune function. They are more suitable for postoperative analgesia in patients with gastric cancer and worthy of further wide application.
