摘要
青海桥头铝电股份有限公司电解铝二期工程采用了国内首台330 kV直降式整流变压器,通过建立该种类型变压器绝缘数学模型,并利用专业软件分析其内部电压分布及冲击响应,对变压器在设计时重点考虑的主绝缘等问题进行了理论论证。同时,通过对直降式变压器建设投入及运行节能进行分析,验证了其在330 kV超高压电网中的推广价值。
The first domestic 330 kV straight-dropping rectifier transformer was used in the seccond phase of the electrolytic aluminum project of the Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum-electricity limited company. This paper builds the mathematical model for the insulation characteristics of this type transformer, analyzes the its internal voltage distribution and the response to the impact pulse by using professional analysis software, and discusses the main insulation problems considered in the design of the transformer. Based on analysis of the investment and the asved energy by the actual operation of the transformer,verifies the profit of the wide application of the type transformer in 330 kV ultra-voltage electric power grid.
