Analysis on the rupture of one tube in the separating shield of superheater

某电厂的锅炉过热器分隔屏中有一根管子发生爆管,将该爆口所在样管取样,对样管进行力学性能、化学成分、金相等检验,根据检验结果等找到其发生爆管的原因。

One tube in the separating shield of superheater ruptured. The broken segment is taken off to do the mechanical properties test, chemical exponents tests and metallographic examination. Based on the test results, the reason of rupture is clarified and suggestions to avoid this kind of cap- ture are also proposed.
