摘要:随着近代军事及民用科研领域无线通信技术的迅猛发展,通信频率资源日益紧张,具有分离和处理信号的微波器件一直都是通信器材中的核心零部件。为克服科研生产中微波组件的使用效率、占用体积、设计及更新速度对生产工艺过程、产品质量保障和成本控制的影响和带来的问题,本文探索了的一种与之适合的工艺流程,制备了一种装配后气密性好,形状尺寸稳定,外观质量好的腔体。
With the rapid development of wireless communication technology of modem military and civilian sci- entific research, the resource of communication frequency is becoming increasingly scarce. The microwave de- vices which can separate and process signals always be the core parts. In order to overcome the effects and prob- lems of manufactory process, quality, cost-control which are brought by the change of efficiency, volume, design speed, a new technological process is developed and a cavity with good tightness, stable size and good quality is made.
