网络安全建设背景下高校网络安全研究

以习近平总书记提出的网络安全建设为背景,在总结了其对网络安全观理解的基础上,阐述了高校网络运行的特点和当前高校网络所面临的主要安全问题,对构建高校网络安全体系给出了一些建议,利用各种网络安全技术构建网络安全系统,还应该建立完整的网络安全管理制度,使高校网络可以连续、可靠和不间断地运行,培养大量的专业网络安全管理人员,让所有使用高校网络的人员认识到高校网络遭受攻击后所带来的严重影响,认识到网络安全的重要性,从而增强网络的安全和防范危机的意识。

Taking network security construction presented by Xijinping as background, this paper describes the characteristics of university network operation based on understanding of network security, Some suggestions are proposed for university network security system construction： constructing network security system by using various network security technologies; establishing complete network security management system for continuous, reliable and uninterrupted operation of university network; Training lots of professional network security professional, making everyone understand the serious influence from attacked university network and the importance of network security, and thus enhancing security and crisis prevention consciousnesses.
