摘要
充填体顶板的稳定性及侧帮围岩的质量是决定下向分层胶结充填回采断面尺寸的主要因素。结合武山铜矿工程实际,利用相似模拟试验方法,研究了胶结充填后侧帮矿岩质量不同级别的进路式开采断面的破坏模式、变形特征。试验结果表明:充填体顶板与侧帮的交接处压应力比较集中,较易出现片帮现象。充填体水泥砂浆的配比不影响侧帮的变形规律,水泥砂浆配比高且较致密的侧帮稳定性较高。充填后采用5 m×4 m断面并在其中布置竖筋托盘的形式,适用于充填体顶板稳定侧帮矿岩体质量达到一定级别的进路式开采。
The stability of backfilling roof and the quality of the side wall are the main factors of determining the roadway section size in the underhand slice stoping with cemented filling method. The failure modes and deformation characteristics of the roadway drift stoping section size with different levels of the quality of the sidewall rock are studied by the similarity simulation according to the actual conditions of Wushan copper mine.The results show that the compressive stress at junction between roof and side of the filling body is relatively concentrated,which is more likely to occur rib spalling. The proportion of cement mortar in the filling body does not affect the deformation law of the sidewall. With high proportion and compact of the cement mortar,the stability of sidewall is higher.After filling,the 5 m × 4 m cross section is used and the form of vertical reinforcement tray is arranged,which is suitable for the roadway drift stoping mining with the stable backfill roof and a certain grade of the sidewall rock mass.
