广西某复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石选矿试验 被引量:6

摘要 广西某复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石铜、铅、锌、硫、银含量分别为0.64%、0.46%、1.66%、10.08%、33.99g/t,主要金属矿物为黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿,矿石中金属矿物之间共生关系密切、嵌布粒度不均匀。为确定该矿石的高效开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-74μm占75%情况下,采用1粗2精2扫铜铅混浮—1粗1精1扫铜铅分离—1粗1精2扫浮锌—1粗1精1扫浮硫流程处理矿石,可获得Cu品位为23.76%、铜回收率为83.93%、Ag品位为556.76 g/t、Ag回收率为36.81%的铜精矿,Pb品位为48.23%、Pb回收率为64.81%、Ag品位为1 651.76 g/t、Ag回收率为30.49%的铅精矿,Zn品位为45.81%、Zn锌回收率为88.49%、Ag品位为71.34 g/t、Ag回收率为6.69%的锌精矿,以及S品位为44.75%、S回收率为81.39%、Ag品位为37.71 g/t、Ag回收率为20.34%的硫精矿,实现了铜、铅、锌、银、硫的高效综合回收。 A copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore from Guangxi contains Cu 0. 64%,Pb 0. 46%,Zn 1. 66%,S 10.08%,and Ag 33.99 g/t.The main metallic minerals are galena,chalcopyrite,sphalerite and pyrite,which are closely symbiotic and unevenly disseminated.The beneficiation process was carried to make efficient development and utilization of the ore. The results show that under grinding fineness of-74 m,accounting for 75%,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 23.76%,copper recovery of 83.93%,Ag grade of 556.76 g/t,and silver recovery of 36.81%,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 48.23%,lead recovery of 64.81%,Ag grade of 1 651.76 g/t and silver recovery of 30.49%,zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 45.81%,zinc recovery of 88.49%,Ag grade of 71.34 g/t and silver recovery of 6.69%,sulphur concentrate with S grade of 44.75%,sulphur recovery of 81.39%,Ag grade of 37.71 g/t,and silver recovery of 20.34% were obtained separately by the process of copper-lead mixed floatation by 1 roughing,2 cleaning and 2 scavenging sweep-copper-lead separation by 1 roughing,1 cleaning and 1 scavenging,zinc flotation by one roughing,one cleaning and 2 scavenging,and sulphur flotation by one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging.The comprehensive recovery of copper,lead,zinc,silver and sulfur has been realized by this process.
