摘要
通过调研发现,民族村寨农民专业合作社是民族村寨旅游扶贫开发的重要组织,而农民专业合作社章程是引发农民专业合作社参与民族村寨旅游扶贫开发的法律风险的动因,民族村寨农民专业合作社章程既存在一些问题,又存在诸多潜在风险。
Through the survey found, ethnic village farmers＇ professional cooperatives is an important organization of ethnic village tourism poverty alleviation and development, and the articles of association of the farmers＇ professional cooperatives is a farmers＇ professional co-operatives in ethnic village tourism poverty alleviation and development of legal risk,the articles of association of the ethnic villages of farmers＇ professional co-operatives already has some problems, and there are many potential risks.
