能力贫困视角下创业行为对草根创业者的多维影响——基于武陵山片区农村创业企业的多案例研究

The Study on the Multidimensional Impact of Entrepreneurship on the Grassroots Entrepreneur from the Perspective of Ability Poverty:Based on the Multi-Cases of Rural Entrepreneurial Enterprises in Wuling Mountain Area

为探究创业行为对草根创业者的多维影响,在此选取武陵山片区3个农村创业企业为案例,着重从经济、心理、家庭和社会四个维度分析草根创业者的创业行为对其自我发展能力的影响。以能力贫困理论和创业理论为指导,运用扎根理论,构建创业行为对草根创业者多维影响概念模型,提出相关研究命题。研究表明,创业行为通过经济、心理、家庭和社会四个维度提升草根创业者的自我发展能力,自我发展能力的提升又能进一步促进创业,形成二者的良性循环。

In order to explore the multidimensional impact of entrepreneurship on grassroots entrepreneurs, this paper chose three rural entrepreneurial enterprises in Wuling Mountain Area as cases and probed into the influence of entrepreneurial behavior on the self-development of grassroots entrepreneurs at four dimensions of economy, psychology, family and society from the perspective of ability poverty. Guided by the ability poverty and entrepreneurship theory, this thesis applied the grounded theory and constructed an analysis model and proposed four corresponding research propositions to reflect the multidimensional impact of entrepreneurial behavior in rural areas. The result indicated that the entrepreneurial behavior can improve the self development competency of the grassroots entrepreneurs at the four dimensions of economy,psychology, family and society and the advancement of the self-development can also facilitate the entrepreneurial behavior,which formed a virtuous circle between them.
