摘要
分析了大数据时代对现代企业的经营管理产生的深刻影响,指出大数据会为第三方物流企业提供新的盈利价值和发展机会,其在数据归纳、分析和整合方面的强大功能,能够提高物流行业的经营管理能力。同时结合大数据相关理论对大数据下第三方物流企业客户关系管理进行了分析,提出了第三方物流企业信用关系管理的改进对策及路径。
In this paper, we analyzed the profound influence of big data on the operation and management of modern enterprises, pointed out that it would introduce new value and development opportunity for the TPL enterprises, whose strong functionality in data summarization, analysis and coalescence could substantially improve the operation and management processes of the logistics industry, and at the end, in connection with the big data theory, proposed the countermeasures and paths to improve the CRM of the TPL enterprises.
