摘要
结合上海苏宁物流公司小件仓储自动化作业现状,分析其自动化流水线、包装作业存在的问题,并针对性提出改进策略。对于提高上海苏宁物流有限公司小件仓库运营管理的效率、人员与自动化设备的协调性以及自动化仓库的发货效率等具有重要的意义。
In this paper, in view of the current status of the automatic operations of Shanghai Suning Logistics Co., Ltd., we analyzed the problems existing in the automatic production line and packaging activities of the company and then proposed correspondingly the strategy for improvement.
