基于MSBM模型的中国上市物流企业效率测度

Measurement of Technical Efficiency of Chinese Public Logistics Enterprises Based on MSBM Model

鉴于中国上市物流企业产出指标存在负值的特点,结合DEA方法进行效率评价的优势和MSBM模型允许指标出现负值的特点,构建中国上市物流企业效率评价模型,并实证研究74家物流企业效率特征。研究发现:总体而言,中国上市物流企业的技术效率水平不高,存在较大的改进空间,不同类型的物流企业技术效率差异性显著;物流企业可以通过提升管理服务水平以改善纯技术效率,杜绝盲目进行规模扩张。

In this paper, considering the existence of negative value with the output index of the technical efficiency of the Chinese public logistics enterprises, and taking advantage of the DEA process in efficiency evaluation and the capability of the MSBM model to allow for negative-valued indexes, we built the Chinese public logistics enterprise technical efficiency evaluation model and applied it empirically to 74 logistics enterprises, finding that the technical efficiency of these enterprises was generally insnfficient and there was still room for improvement; logistics enterprises of different types were markedly different in terms of technical efficiency; and logistics enterprises could improve their pure technical efficiency by improving on their management and service level, instead of going blindly for scale expansion.
