基于TOPSIS的生鲜农产品冷链物流企业评价研究

Study on Evaluation of Fresh Farm Produce Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise Based on TOPSIS

在对相关文献进行综述的基础上,基于服务收费水平、网络覆盖率、保持产品质量安全、冷链基础设施、冷链货物追踪、冷链技术水平和财务稳定性七项评价指标,建立了生鲜农产品冷链物流企业综合能力的评价体系,对生鲜农产品冷链物流企业的综合能力进行评估。在此基础上,采用序关系法和熵值法分别确定主、客观权重,并按比例进行组合赋权,建立了TOPSIS评价模型。同时,利用算例分析,证明了该评价方法的科学性和适用性,对解决实际问题具有一定的参考价值。

In this paper, based on a review of relevant literatures, we established the fresh farm produce cold chain logistics comprehensive competence evaluation system that covered the aspects of service charge, network coverage, product quality warranty, cold chain infrastructure, cold chain cargo tracking, cold chain technology and financial stability; then on such basis, using the order relation method and entropy method, we determined respectively the subjective and objective weights of the indexes, combined them proportionally, and built the TOPSIS evaluation model. Next, through a numerical analysis, we demonstrated that the system was scientific and wide in application.
