基于AHP的中小型物流企业整体竞争力评价

Assessment of Overall Competitivity of Small-and-medium-sized Logistics Enterprises Based on AHP

为了客观评价中小型物流企业的竞争力,将研究区域内的中小型物流企业打包成整体,综合考虑企业自身因素和外部环境因素,从规模竞争力、市场竞争力、技术竞争力、管理竞争力和可持续发展竞争力五个方面提出了一套评价指标体系。基于层次分析法建立了评价模型,并采用菲尔德法确定指标权重,利用该模型对河南省内中小型物流企业整体竞争力进行了评价。评价结果表明,河南省内中小型物流企业虽然拥有非常良好的政策环境和区位优势,但企业自身的软实力有待提升,总体竞争力处于中上水平,分析结果与实际相符。

In this paper, in order to objectively assess their competitivity, the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises located in the region under study were taken as a whole, whose intrinsic factors and external factors were thoroughly examined and an assessment index system was established which approached the issue from the aspects of scale, market, technology, management and sustainability. Then based on AHP, we established an assessment model, used the Delphi method to weigh the indexes and assessed the overall competitivity of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises based in Henan using the model, finding that though their policy environment and location advantage were obvious, these enterprises still had to improve their own soft strength and that their overall competitivity was at a middle-to- high level, which fitted well with the actual condition of these enterprises.
