着眼海军器材信息化管理工作,阐述了数字化平台的基本概念,提出加强标准化建设过程中需要重点解决器材编码和信息融合问题,并从网络通信技术、自动识别技术、可视化技术等方面创新技术手段,再从管理思想、管理体制和管理系统等方面着手调整管理体系。

In this paper, we elaborated on the basic concept of the digital platform with a view to the informatized management of the naval equipment, then pointed out that to reinforce standardization the issues of equipment coding and information coalescence needed to be solved with priority, proposed to innovate the network communication technology, automatic identification technology and visualization technology, etc., and at the end, attempted to adjust the administrative system regarding administration philosophy, administrative institution and administrative structure, etc.
