摘要
跑步是大学生最常参加的运动形式之一,但也是参与度最高的运动形式之一。要提升大学生的跑步运动效果,切实提高和优化大学生跑步锻炼认知,规范大学生跑步的技法,必须丰富跑步的形式,优化跑步锻炼体验等。
Running is one form of exercise that college students like to join and can join. In order to improve college students' running performance,to enhance their cognition about running and to standardize thier running skills,it is a necessity to implement measures such as enriching the form of running,optimizing the running experience and others.
