摘要
通过建立数学模型,找出不确定度因子,对直读光谱仪测量钢中铬含量的不确定度进行评定,从而可以更好地了解测量数据的准确性。
A mathematical model was established to find out the uncertainty factors, and the uncertainty of the chromium content in the steel measured by direct-reading spectrometer was evaluated so that the accuracy of the measured data could be better understood.
