摘要
应用精益六西格玛管理工具,通过详细流程图、C&E矩阵以及FMEA分析,确定影响首钢京唐5 500 m^3高炉金属收得率的主要因子。在此基础上对这些主要因子进行历史数据收集,使用Minitab统计软件进行回归分析,最终根据响应优化器确定了关键因子的控制范围,以此为基础对现场实际生产提供参考,在高炉金属收得率提高应用方面取得了良好的效果。
In this paper, key factors of the metal yield in Shougang Jingtang 5 500 m3 blast furnace is determined on the basis of six sigma management tool, through the detailed flow chart and the C&E matrix and FMEA analysis. Through historical data collection of main factors, regression analysis using Minitab software, the control range of key factors are finally determined according to the response optimizer, providing reference for actual production and achieving good results in improving the blast furnace metal yield.
