摘要
针对太钢不锈热轧厂中厚板连续酸洗线传动辊道改造的设计与安装实践,分析了原酸洗线每段之间以及每段之内的同步性由于传动链条的磨损程度不同、涨紧程度不同使传动精度不能满足需求的问题,通过计算辊道传动减速机能力,提出了改进方案,探讨了具体的设计与安装实践。实践证明:应用针轮摆线+变频控制技术,使酸洗效果与表面质量得到提升,使各段钢板运行速度参数的控制满足不同规格型号、材质的钢板需求,同时兼顾了上下工序的生产节奏,使辊道运行速度的匹配性、同步性发生本质的改变。
According to the design and installation of driving roller for continuous pickling line of plate in hot rolling mill of TISCO, this paper analyzes the synchronization in original pickling line between each segment of each section within the transmission chain can not meet the demand due to different degree of wear, tension degree, and transmission accuracy. Through the calculation of the capacity of roller reducer, this paper puts forward the improved scheme, discusses the concrete design and installation practice. Practice shows that the application of needle cycloid + frequency conversion control technology improves the pickling effect and surface quality, makes speed control parameters of each plate meet demands of different specifications and materials of steel. As to the production rhythm of upper an lower process, the matching and synehronicity of roller speed are changed essentially.
