Operation Monitoring of Flight under Huge Flow Control

中南地区作为国内航空最繁忙的地区之一,航班延误将对全国航班正常造成很大影响。本文尝试建立一个对中南地区流控及延误监控的系统,为管制员在了解流控变化、采取合理运行策略、及时跟踪航班动态、协调和运行管理等方面提供参考。

As one of the heaviest air traffic areas in china, the flight delay in mid-south region will cause huge influence on national flights. This paper attempts to build a monitoring system of flow control and flight delay in mid-south region. It might help controllers get updated information about flow control, take reasonable operation strategy, tbllow real-time flight information, and thus provide references to coordinate traffic flow for controllers.
