本文以深圳航空公司为例,从微观角度阐释如何将理论学习和实践应用相结合,以阶梯递进的进阶方式在公司内部对飞行签派学员进行培训以达到工作要求,并不断提高飞行签派员职业技能与专业素质。
This article has taken Shenzhen airlines for instance to introduce the training steps of the new dispatcher from the micro perspective to enhance the new dispatchers' professional skills and professional qualities to meet the company's requirements.
