全人教育理念下的外语教育之生态意义

摘要 全人教育,作为一种人本主义的教育理念,强调学习者的整体发展、关注个体价值和社会价值、重视文化和精神的培养。全人教育理念下的外语教育具有生态意义。首先,它建立生态的学习环境系统,其中课堂为主要子系统。课堂系统中的各成分之间互相联系、互相影响,彼此交换和交流信息以获得能量达到动态的平衡。在这个平衡过程中,学习者,作为"全人",习得物质文化和精神文化,自然地体验学习、感悟生活、发现成长、追寻人生意义和价值。同时,它促进外语教师教学能力和研究能力的提高,而后者又将反魅于外语教学,形成外语教师教育和发展的动态的循环系统,促进教师的生态发展。第二,它促进社会文化多样性的丰富、社会创新力的提升、创新型的外语人才的培养,推动社会和世界的生态发展。 Holistic education, as a kind of humanism education philosophy, emphasizes the overall development of learners, focuses on individual and social values and concerns the cultivation of cultures and spirits. Foreign language education from the perspective of holistic education is of ecological significance. First, it establishes an ecological learning environment system. The class is the main subsystem, during which every member is linked to and influenced by each other through exchanges of information to gain energy in order to keep balance in a dynamic way and learners, as "whole persons", acquire material and spirit culture, naturally experiencing learning, understanding life, perceiving growth and pursuing the meaning and the value of life. Meanwhile, it enhances foreign language teachers' teaching ability and research capability and the latter can return the charm to foreign language teaching, thus forming a dynamic circulatory system on education and growth of foreign language teachers to promote their ecological development. Second, it enriches the diversity of social cultures, improves social innovation and promotes the cultivation of innovative talents in foreign languages, which make great contributions to the ecological development of the world.
