基于生命周期的中文图书合同关键条款研究——西安交通大学图书馆的实践

Research on Key Obligations of Chinese Books Contract Based on Life Cycle——Practice of Xi'an Jiaotong University Library

为规避中文图书采购过程中的风险,从整个采购的生命周期入手,明确采购过程中的关键环节,针对关键环节设计合同条款的约定对象及约定内容。以便于约束书商行为,保障图书馆合法权益,形成规范化合同模板。

To avoid the risk in the process of Chinese books acquisition,we clear the key links in the process from the life cycle of the whole acquisition,and design the agreed objecets and contents of the contract terms for key links. We expect to form a standardized contract in order to restrain the behavior of booksellers and guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the library.
