电流监测在笼型异步电动机转子故障诊断中的应用

Application of Current Monitoring for Fault Diagnosis of Cage Motor′s Rotor

分析了笼型异步电动机断条的原因 ,介绍了定子电流监测断条的原理 ,通过试验分析定子电流的频谱 ,由电流频率边频带 (1± 2s)f处幅值的大小可判断转子断条的故障及断条的数目 。

The cause of broken bars in cage asynchronous motor is analyzed.And the theory of stator current monitoring is described. According to amplitude of (1±2s)f current,the failure of broken bars can be detected .The method of stator current monitoring is proved to be effective to rotor fault detection through experiments.
