摘要
为了提高铣削铝合金工件表面的质量,基于高速数控钻铣机床,应用直径为5 mm的立铣刀对铝合金块进行铣槽正交试验,分析切削用量对铣削铝合金表面质量的影响。试验结果表明:对表面质量影响最大的是进给量,其次是铣削速度,背吃刀量对表面质量的影响最小。
In order to improve the quality of the surface of the aluminum alloy work-piece, the aluminum alloy block was subjected to the orthogonal test where the slot was milled by the end mill with a diameter of 5 mm on a high-speed CNC milling and drilling machine and the effect of the cutting amount on the surface quality of the aluminum alloy was analyzed. The test results show that the maximum impact on the surface quality is the feed rate, followed by the milling speed; the back engagement has minimal impact on the surface quality.
