摘要
研制了用于火箭燃料贮箱壁板铣削加工的双目结构光在位测量系统,并应用于贮箱壁板减重网格壁厚的测量。通过试验确认,这一测量系统测量精度符合火箭燃料贮箱壁板壁厚的测量要求,效率高于传统超声测量,有效保证了贮箱壁板铣削加工的精度。
An in-position measurement system with binocular structured light was developed for milling of rocket fuel tank wallboard and measuring the wall thickness of weight reduction mesh of fuel tank wallboard. Through the test it is confirmed that the measuring accuracy of the system is in line with the measuring requirement for the wall thickness of rocket fuel tank and the measuring efficiency is higher than the traditional ultrasonic measurement, so that this system can effectively ensure the milling accuracy of the fuel tank wallboard.
