摘要
以高精密机床为研究对象,利用有限元方法建立机床进给系统的刚性模型,对丝杠和工作台进行网格划分,并替换刚性体,建立进给系统的刚柔耦合模型,研究进给系统的丝杠动态特性,对比精确度,以指导在实际加工零件中选择合适的机床。
With high precision machine tools as the research object, the finite element method was used to build the rigid model of the feed system of the machine tool, established a rigid/flexible coupled model by grid division for the lead screw and the worktable and replaced the rigid body. The dynamic performances of the lead screw of the feed system were studied while the accuracies were compared in order to provide guidance for selection of suitable machine tool in practical part machining.
