摘要
针对工程应用中需对含有悬浮颗粒的水质进行过滤处理的特殊需求,设计了一种通用性强、容渣率大的塔式过滤袋固液分离装置。利用ANSYS软件对固液分离装置的流场进行了数值仿真分析,并对设计的合理性及安全性进行了验证。
A tower-type solid-liquid separation device with filter bag featuring strong versatility and high slag content was designed to meet with the special requirement of filtering the water quality containing suspended particles in engineering practice. The numerical simulation of the flow field of the solid-liquid separation device was carried out by ANSYS software, and the rationality and safety of the design were verified .
