摘要 为实现吊环摘挂的机械化操作,解决修井作业中人力劳动强度大、效率低等缺点,研究并设计了机械化吊环摘挂装置。在完成总体结构及尺寸设计的基础上,应用ANSYS软件分析了吊环伸缩杆及连接板处所受应力、应变与变形情况,同时对伸缩杆撑开吊环时的受力情况进行分析,确认吊环伸缩杆和连接板的强度与变形满足要求,设计合理,可以实现吊环摘挂的机械化操作。 In order to realize the mechanized detaching and attaching operations of the hoisting ring and solve the imperfection of heavy work intensity and low efficiency during downhole remedial operation, the mechanized detaching and attaching device for hoisting ring was designed. Based on the completed design of overall structure and size, ANSYS software was used to analyze the stress, strain and deformation of the telescopic rod and connecting plate of the hoisting ring. At the same time, the stress of the telescopic rod was analyzed as the hoisting ring was pushed open to ensure that the strength and deformation of the teleseopic rod and the connecting plate could meet the requirements and the reasonable design could realize the mechanized operation of the hoisting ring.
