基于振动声辐射的机械设备故障检测技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 对结构体振动声辐射问题进行研究,利用振动噪声仿真软件和传声器阵列对结构体在不同频率激振条件下的振动与声辐射问题进行了仿真与试验,确认结构体振动与声压成正相关,且激振频率越大,振动越激烈,对应的声场声压也越大。利用仿真与试验结果,通过获取故障状态下设备的声压值来进行设备的故障诊断与检测,弥补了某些工况环境下无法获取振动信号进行故障诊断的不足,同时为基于声学进行非接触式机械设备智能故障诊断提供了研究基础。 In the study on vibration and acoustic radiation problems in the structures, the vibration and acoustic radiation of the structure under different frequency excitation conditions were simulated and tested by using the vibration noise simulation software and the microphone array. It is confirmed that the vibration of the structure is positively correlated with the sound pressure, when the greater the excitation frequency becomes greater and the vibration becomes more intensive, the corresponding sound pressure of sound fieht will be increased too. According to the simulation and test results, it is possible to carry out fault diagnosis of the equipment by obtaining the sound pressure value of the equipment in the fault condition, which can make up the fault diagnosis of the vibration signal in some working conditions. At the same time, it can provide the basis for intelligent and none-contact fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment based on acoustics.
