Study on Supplier Selection for Regional Small/Micro Enterprise Cooperative Group

供应商选择对于区域小微企业合作群体的生产经营而言有重要意义。在对区域小微企业合作群体进行分析的基础上,以区域小微服装企业合作群体为例,对供应商选择进行研究,结合重心法和层次分析法,提出区域小微企业合作群体选择供应商的方法。

The selection of suppliers is of great significance to the production and operation of regional small/micro enterprise cooperative groups. Based on the analysis of the regional small/micro enterprise cooperative group, took the regional small/micro garment enterprise cooperative group as an example to study the supplier selection. In combination of the center of gravity method and the analytic hierarchy process, the method for supplier selection applied to regional small/micro enterprise cooperative group was put forward.
