为提高设备维修备件的管理水平,运用持续改善管理思路,对某公司目前维修备件管理存在的问题进行综合分析,找出管理流程中存在的问题及缺陷,针对问题及缺陷进行针对性改善,进而提出基于6σ的设备维修备件管理持续改善方法。

In order to improve the management level of spare parts for equipment maintenance , the principle of sustained improvement of management was followed to conduct an comprehensive analysis on the problems existing currently in the maintenance of spare parts in a company and try to find out the problems and shortcomings in the management process for specific improvement. And then put forward the measures for sustained management improvement of spare part for equipment maintenance based on 6σ.
