摘要 采用熔融法制样用X射线荧光光谱法对陶瓷原材料中的钾、钠、钙、镁、硅、钛、铁、锌、钡、锆、铪等元素进行测定。采用理论α系数校正基体效应,该方法对样品无损,可以直接测定各种氧化物含量,其方法快速、简便,可适用于固体粉末混合料经过高温烧结后形成熔片冷却放入仪器测量,经国家标准物质验证,测量值与标准值相吻合。 The contents of elements in ceramic raw materials, which including K, Na, Ca, Mg, Si, Ti, Fe, Zn, Ba, Zr, Hf, were determined in ceramic raw materials, using X--ray fluorescence spectrometry using fusion sample preparation. The matrix effect was corrected by the theoretical coefficient a. The method is non--destructive for sample and it can determine content of oxide. It's also an efficient and convenient method which is applicable to the mixture of solid powder form fusion sample cooling after sintering of high temperature then put into measurement. The measured values are in conformity with the standard values, verified by national standard material.
