摘要
本文以1959—2011年柳州市气象自动观测站12月~次年3月的气象资料为基础,运用地理信息系统技术、遥感影像、GPS数据以及柳州市相应的社会经济数据,将柳州市雨雪冰冻灾害作为研究对象,从灾害的成因出发,选择降雪日数、日最低气温≤0℃且降水日数、地形高程等因子作为风险因子,确定指标权重并建立模型。利用3S技术,对雨雪冰冻灾害进行风险区划和评估,绘制柳州市雨雪冰冻灾害风险评估图。结果表明:融水县的杆洞乡和安太乡是柳州市雨雪冰冻灾害的高风险区,三江县和融水县的高寒山区是灾害风险较高的区域。
Based on the meteorological data of the period between December and March of the following year collected by Liuzhou meteorological automatic observation station from 1959 to 2011, this paper, taking rain and snow disasters as research object and choosing the number of snow days, days whose minimum temperature is below zero and precipitation days, and terrain elevation and other factors as risk factors, use GIS technology, remote sensing images,GPS data and the corresponding socio-economic data of Liuzhou City to determine the weights of indicator and build the correspondent model. Using 3S technology to carry out risk zoning and evaluation of the ice-snow and frozen disaster, the risk assessment chart of snow and snow in Liuzhou city is drawn. The results show that the counties of Gandongxiang and Antaixiang are the high risk areas of ice-snow and frozen disaster in Liuzhou city, and the high and cold mountainous areas of Sanjiang county and Rongshui county are the areas with high risk of disaster.
