摘要
传统的点胶是靠人工手工操作,手工涂胶具有操作繁杂、速度慢、精确度低、容易出错、工作强度大、无法实现复杂轨迹的点胶而且无法进行持续重复的操作等缺点。本文以台达PLC为控制核心,设计了一款集教学与工业实际应用于一体的多轴运动的自动点胶设备,此点胶机器人调试维护简单,安全可靠,可拓展输出口设计,运行高速,方便管控,节省人工,提高效率,实现产线自动化生产,更方便对每个点数进行相应的工业参数设置,提高了生产效率。
The traditional dispending,depending heav ily on manual operation,has many disadvantages,such as complicated operation,low speed,low accuracy,error prone,strong work intensity and so on. And the manual operation could not complete the complex tracking dispensing and the continued repetitive operation. Now,the multi-axis motion auto-dispensing robot is designed using the control core of Delta PLC,which integrates teaching and industrial application. The dispensing robot is easy to debug and maintain,and it is safe,reliable and the output port could be expanded. At the same time,the dispensing robot has some other advantages. For example,it has character of high running speed,convenient management,labor saving,high efficiency,and automatic production. The dispensing robot can also make it more convenient to set each point according to the relevant industry parameters,which could improve the production efficiency.
