基于创新能力提升的图情专业研究生多维培养体系分析

摘要 如何构建一种有效的分析框架,对图情专业研究生创新能力培养体系进行系统地定位和分析,是系统研究图情专业研究生创新能力培养的前提与基础。本文基于组织架构方法论,结合WILSON信息搜寻语境模型,系统构建了基于创新能力提升的图情专业研究生多维培养体系分析框架。在此基础上,论文从图情研究生培养时空等多维体系,及研究生群体、导师队伍、培养主管、培养资源四个视角对图情专业研究生创新能力培养体系进行了分析。研究结论有利于反思如何以创新能力提升为核心,整体设计与完善图情专业研究生多维培养体系。 Abs rta ct:How to construct an effective analysis framework to systematically locate and analyze the cultivation system of innovation ability for postgraduates majoring in Library and Information Science is the precondition and foundation to improve the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates. Based on the methodology of enterprise architecture,combining with Wilson's information search context model,this paper constructs a multidimensional cultivation system analysis framework based on the improvement of innovation ability for postgraduates. On this basis,the thesis analyzes the cultivation system of innovation ability of postgraduates majoring in library and information science from many perspectives such as time and space,postgraduate group,tutor team,training supervisor and cultivation of resources and so on. The conclusion of the study is conducive to reflection on how to improve the ability of innovation,make it a core value and thus achieve an overall design and improvement of multi-dimensional training system of graduate student of library and information science.
