万古霉素耐药肠球菌感染的流行病学研究进展 被引量:10

Epidemiology of vancomycin resistant Enterococci infections

摘要 20世纪70年代以前,肠球菌被认为是一种容易实施抗菌药物治疗且相对无害的病原体,但是近年来肠球菌已逐渐成为院内感染的重要病原菌,且临床分离的肠球菌对抗菌药物的耐药性也在逐年增加,尤其是耐万古霉素肠球菌(vancomycin resistant enterococcus,VRE)的出现,使临床上抗菌药物的选择面临着巨大挑战。为此,将VRE的流行病学作一综述,以期对有效预防及控制其感染提供科学依据。 Before to 1970 s,it is believed that Enterococci are pathogens which can be easily treated and relatively harmless,but now Enterococci have become the important bacterial pathogens for severe nosocomial infections.Gradually increasing Enterococci become drug resistant,particularly the vancomycin resistant Enterococcus(VRE)presents a great challenge for antibacterial agents.Therefore,the review on epidemiology of VRE will provide scientific measures to effectively prevent and control its infection.
