1516例性病门诊患者人乳头瘤病毒感染情况及其基因型别 被引量:2

Genotype distribution of human papillomavirus infection in 1,516 venereal outpatients

摘要 目的了解性病门诊患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况及其基因型别。方法用导流杂交分型检测法对1 516例性病门诊患者进行HPV检测与基因分型,评价HPV及其基因型别与疾病类型的关系。结果 1 516例受检者中,HPV总阳性率为55.61%。基因型分析发现,26例鲍温病样丘疹病患者均有高危型HPV感染,而762例尖锐湿疣患者中低危型HPV感染占70.86%。21种HPV基因型均被检出,以HPV6(28.86%)、11(17.23%)、16(10.41%)型感染最为常见。检出的843例阳性患者中单一型别感染占61.68%,以HPV6和HPV11感染为主;HPV多重感染以高低危型HPV混合感染为主。结论 HPV基因型别分布与疾病类型密切相关,HPV亚型的鉴别对相关疾病的预防和治疗具有临床应用价值。 Objective To learn the infection of human papillomavirus(HPV)and distribution of HPV genotype in venereal outpatients.Methods A total of 1,516 patients were selected for HPV subtype analysis using flow-through hybridization and the correlation between HPV genotypes and clinical symptoms was analyzed.Results The total positive rate of HPV infection was 55.61%in the tested patients.The twenty-six patients with Bowenoid papulosis were all infected by high-risk HPV.The positive rate of low risk HPV in the 762 patients with condyloma acuminatum was 70.86%.All of 21 HPV genotypes were detectable.The most prevalent genotype was HPV6(28.86%),followed by HPV11(17.23%)and HPV16(10.41%).61.68% of the 843 patients with positive HPV DNA were infected by single HPV genotype with most of the subtypes being HPV6 or HPV11,while most of multiple HPV genotype infections were mixed infections by high-risk and low-risk subtypes.Conclusion HPV genotypes may associate with the symptoms of HPV infection.It is of great significance to detect HPV genotypes for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
