应用ROC曲线分析泪液(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖对真菌性角膜炎的诊断价值

ROC curve in evaluation of (1-3)-β-D-glucan for diagnosis of fungal keratitis

目的探讨真菌性角膜炎患者泪液(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖的阈值,通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价其对真菌性角膜炎的诊断价值。方法分别测定100例真菌性角膜炎患者和100例健康志愿者泪液中(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖水平,应用ROC曲线评估泪液(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖诊断真菌性角膜炎的最佳临界值及其灵敏度、特异性。结果泪液(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖诊断真菌性角膜炎的ROC曲线下面积为0.992,阈值为23.82pg/mL,灵敏度为97.0%,特异性为98.0%。结论泪液(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖对真菌性角膜炎的诊断具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the threshold of（1-3）-β-D glucan in the tears of patients with fungal keratitis and evaluate its clinical significance by using ROC curves.Methods The levels of（1-3）-β-D glucan in the tears of 100 patients with fungal keratitis vs 100 healthy volunteers were detected,then the optimal threshold,sensitivity and specificity were analyzed by using ROC curves.Results The results of ROC curves showed that the area under the curve was 0.992,and the optimal diagnostic threshold was 23.82 pg/mL.The sensitivity was 97.0%,while the specificity was 98.0%.Conclusion（1-3）-β-D glucan may be used as a specific index in the diagnosis of fungal keratitis with high sensitivity and specificity.
