摘要
目的探讨1.5 T磁共振成像在臂丛神经损伤中的应用价值。方法对15例臂丛神经损伤病史患者行臂丛神经T_2-TIRM序列、SPACE序列扫描,分析比较T_2-TIRM序列、SPACE序列对臂丛神经损伤的显示情况并评价两组序列图像的平均信噪比(SNR)。结果 15例共30侧臂丛神经节后段在冠状T_2-TIRM序列、SPACE序列上均能清晰显示,SPACE序列中部分臂丛内侧束、后束和外侧束也可显示。SPACE序列的图像信噪比高于T_2-TIRM序列。结论 T_2-TIRM和SPACE序列均可清楚地显示臂丛神经节后段,SPACE序列与T_2-TIRM序列相比较对正常臂丛神经显像具有更高的清晰度。
Objective To investigate the value of enhanced 3D SPACE sequence in injury of brachial plexus. Methods 15 volunteers with history of brachial plexus injury of brachial plexus was scanned with T2- TIRM and SPACE technique. The appearance of the injury as well as the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the images were compared. Results 30 lateral brachial plexuscould be clearly detected in all 15 cases. The partial medial cord of brachial plexus, beams and lateral beams can also be detected in the SPACE images. The SNR of the SPACE images were higher than that of the T2-TIRM images. Conclusion SPACE sequence can clearly show the injury brachial plexus, and T2-TIRM sequences compared to the normal image has a higher resolution of the brachial plexus.
