摘要
目的探讨MR多种成像技术对原发性骨质疏松椎体骨折的诊断价值。方法以我院2015年5月29日~2016年11月18日的26例原发性骨质疏松椎体急性骨折患者作为观察组,对照组为同期24例脊椎转移瘤致椎体急性骨折患者,两组均予以MR检查。观察两组MR检查表现、ADC值、强化比率及骨髓对比率。结果在MR诊断表现,各项异常表现中,观察组附件异常信号及软组织、椎管、硬膜受累概率分别为11.54﹪、0,较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);两组ADC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组强化比率为(1.63±0.34),高于对照组,b值为250、500 s/mm2时,观察组骨髓对比率分别为(0.70±0.42)、(0.65±0.20),均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在原发性骨质疏松椎体骨折中,应用MR多种成像技术诊断价值较高。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the clinical application of multiple MRimaging techniques in primary osteoporosis vertebral fracture. Methods 26 primary osteoporosis patients was recruited in our hospital from 29 May 2015 to November 18, 2016, all of whom hadacute fractures in the vertebral bodies; during the same period of time 24 cases of spinal metastases patients with acute fractures in the vertebral bodies, was recruited as control. ADC, enhanced ratio and bone marrow ratio was evaluated in both groups. Results The abnormality of observation group attachment abnormal signal and soft tissue, vertebral canal, epidural involved probability 11.54%, 0, respectively significantly lower than the control group, P value is less than 0.05; Two groups of ADC values comparative is not high, the P value is greater than 0.05, reinforcement ratio of observation group ( 1.63 ± 0.34),higher than the control group, the value of 250 b, 500 s/was observed group of bone marrow contrast ratio (0.70 ± 0.42),respectively (0.65 ± 0.20),lower than the control group,P value is less than 0.05. Conclusion the diagnostic value of multiple imaging techniques in primary osteoporosis vertebral fracture is high.
