中药熏蒸疗法治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Therapy in Treatment of Colpitis Mycotica

目的探讨中药熏蒸疗法治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法抽取至北京中医药大学东直门医院就诊的102例霉菌性阴道炎患者(2015年4月—2016年5月),采取奇偶数分组模式,每组均占据51例。其中对常规组选择一般治疗方案,实验组加用中药熏蒸治疗,对比2组患者的治疗总有效率、复发率与症状缓解时间。结果实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为94.12%与78.43%(P<0.05);实验组与常规组的复发率分别为5.88%与29.41%(P<0.05);实验组白带增多、外阴瘙痒、排尿烧灼感、腰腹疼痛的缓解时间分别为(1.89±0.69)、(2.51±0.82)、(2.81±0.89)、(3.68±1.54)d,相比常规组均明显较短(P<0.05)。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者来说,给予中药熏蒸疗法进行干预便于改善其临床症状,降低疾病复发率,缩短症状缓解时间,值得实践推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation therapy in treatment of colpitis mycotica. Methods 102 cases of patients with colpitis mycotica admitted and treated in Beijing Unirersity of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital from April 2015 to May 2016, were selected and randomly divided into two groups with51 cases in each, the routine group adopted the general treatment plan, while the experimental group adopted the Chinese herbal fumigation therapy on the basis of the control group, and the total treatment effective rate, recurrence rate and symptoms relief time were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group and in the routine group was respectively 94.12% and 78.43%（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate in the experimental group and in the routine group was respectively 5.88% and 29.41%（P〈0.05）, and the leucorrhea increase,itching vulvae, urination burning sensation, pain in the waist and abdomen relief time in the experimental group was respectively（1.89±0.69）,（2.51±0.82）,（2.81±0.89）,（3.68±1.54）d, which were obviously shorter than that in the routine group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese herbal fumigation therapy in treatment of colpitis mycotica can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the disease recurrence rate and shorten the symptoms relief time, which is worth practice and promotion.
