中药熏蒸联合手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果研究

Research on Clinical Effect of Herbal Fumigation Combined with Technique in Treatment of Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探讨采用手法治疗联合中药熏蒸在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年6月由该院收治的186例神经根型颈椎病患者进行研究,将所有患者随机分为对照组93例和联合组93例,其中前者均采取手法治疗,后者则给予手法联合中药熏蒸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率为97.8%,对照组为84.9%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗前后疼痛积分差值明显大于对照组(P<0.05),联合组患者临床症状与体征积分差值为(8.91±1.13)分,也明显大于对照组的(6.08±1.06)分(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者叩顶试验、椎间孔挤压试验及椎旁压痛试验阳性率均明显降低,但治疗后2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在手法治疗的基础上结合了中药熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病效果要明显优于单纯的手法治疗,其可更好地缓解患者疼痛等症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Herbal fumigation combined with technique in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 186 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 93 cases in each, the control group were treated with technique, while the combined group were treated with technique and herbal fumigation, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.8% vs 84.9%）（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the pains integral score before and after treatment in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the clinical symptoms and body signs in the combined group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（8.91±1.13）points vs（6.08±1.06）points]（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the positive rates of tapping test, crushing test of intervertebral foramen and paravertebral tenderness test of the two groups after treatment obviously decreased, but there were no obvious differences between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of herbal fumigation combined with technique in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy is obviously better than that of simple technique, which can better relive the pains symptoms of patients with high safety, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
